    Well, I got my new laptop a couple weeks ago. I figured that I might as well get a new game for something to do over the summer (at least, for when I'm not at work).

    Long story short, I started Phantasy Star Universe a couple weeks ago and I'm lovin' it. Tatlin has been kind enough to put up with my nubness while I figure things out.

    Anyways, let me know if you want to meetup... I play online pretty much every day, although sometimes not until after dark.

    Ive been debating if I should buy it or not, it looks alright, but is there still a HL and all that stuff? What kinda laptop did you get?

    Yea, it's basically $10 a month... still cheaper than WoW tho. Also, you don't need a CD key or anything... so it's just as easy to torrent PSU.

    If you have time to actually play it, I would reccomend getting it. The basic gameplay elements are very similar to PSO. It would be cool to have another person to play with too.

    I went with HP for the laptop, but it's custom built:
    Intel Core 2 Duo 2ghz
    2gb RAM
    nVidia GeForce 8400M GS
    15.4" widescreen
    Windows Vista Home Premium

    Works beautifully :). I can even run Battlefield 2 with all of the graphics cranked up.

    nice, you've got a pretty sweet settup.

    I have an HP as well. But, unfortunately my parents surprised me with it, and i would've felt like shit if i took their's back and bought one w/ my own cash that was better.

    I like how big the screen is and all, and the actual number pad on the right hand side, but i can't run shit graphics-wise. So, i pretty much use it for just the basics, you know, school shit and the internet. It's all good in the hood though.
