    This Java-based OS is AWESOME. Makes you think about the whole google-sun alliance... I see why Google would be interested in teaming up with Sun now.

    Gimmicky, maybe. Nevertheless it's cool to imagine a 3D OS environment. I hope it's where we're headed.

    I can't seem to remember what it was but there is a free download that does that. It makes the entire desktop, other than the Start Bar, 3D. Imagine your desktop as the inside of a ball. It allowed you to stick things places and it was pretty cool but it wasn't very practicle and eventually I got annoyed with it. Now that may be because it was free so I'm hoping this OS can do a better job.

    I ageee with Sordes, pretty cool, but seems too gimmicky. Also, some of that stuff you can do with WindowsBlinds XP files.

    I *think* Vista is going to be 3D as well. I was kinda umming and arring at the whole concept beforehand but it looks kinda cool now.
