OpenPost: New Server

We now how a new secondary web server! This is now hosting various images and files from OP. The current primary server that OP is hosted on is http://www.openpost.net . The new server is http://frosty.openpost.net . While it has adequate resources, it is some what slower than the primary server. However you shouldn't experience any change in load time as images are stored in your browser's cache.

So why do we need a secondary server? It lightens the bandwidth load and resource usage on the main server. I still have some things I need to finish moving and configuring. In the future I have plans to setup another server for member posted attachments... That's still a ways off though.

In other news, the OP2 design is under continuing construction. I'm going to be extremely busy over the next few weeks and wont have a lot of spare time, but after that I'll get back to working on the site. There's been a lot of both positive and negative feedback about the new design. Just a reminder that things will always be improving and changing, so it's not like the site is going to look like this forever. And the fastest way for it to change is when people let me know what they like and don't like.

Also, people haven't made as much use of blogging as I had hoped. If there is something you don't like about the blog system, don't hesitate to say something because you will be heard. I'm currently working on a new template for blogs too.
