OP now has an IRC channel, aka chat room. There are 3 main methods to access it:

    Java Client[/b:d398e05b0d]
The java client is the easiest way to join the chat. Simply go here:
    http://chat.openpost.net/

    mIRC[/b:d398e05b0d]
mIRC is the most popular IRC client. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the chat, or want more features, this is the way to go. Tatlin has created a complete guide to setting up and connecting to #openpost.net from mIRC.

    FireFox Chatzilla[/b:d398e05b0d]
If you use FireFox, you can get Chatzilla - an easy to use extension for the browser. Click here and search for chatzilla, then install it. It's just another IRC Client, but it's built into FireFox as an extension so it's one less program you have to worry about. Then just click this link to enter the chat:
    irc://irc.freedomirc.net/openpost.net
You can also go to Tools > Options > Add > Channel
    Network: irc.freedomirc.net
    Channel: #openpost.net
