This is a significant date in Gaming history.

"What's so significant about it Mr. Frost?"

It's ONLY significat because DOOM 3[/color:7113ad33b8][/size:7113ad33b8] IS coming out.

    "So?"

*Smacks you with a large wet tuna* WTF? DOOM 3!!! You know, Demons, mindless violence, references to hell, more mindless violence, online death match games that last all night, even more mindless violence, and PARENTS blaming scholl violence on the game instead of taking responsibility for their childrens actions!

In other worsd, a kick ass game!!!!!!!!!

Ironically there isn't a system in existance that can run it at max settings...

My system? My system will BARELY run it, I have the minimum requirements:
    p4 1.5 Ghz CPU (I have an AMD Athlon XP 1800+ : p4 1.8ghz equivalent)
382 MB of Ram (I have 512 MB)
nVidia GeForce 4 MX (That's what I have)

So it's gonna be interesting to see how it runs on my PC.

now, I'm TELLING you to go out, and BUY it on tuesday!!!!!!!!!

    Retail price: $54.99

If I didn't have enough RAM to run Battlefield Vietnam, there's no way Doom 3 is even going to be in the picture.

Oh well. I've only played Doom on the Sega 32x... That was a long time ago. I think that was Doom 1.

(i will PWN you at nam)

and yea... the requirments for this game are insane. although i'm sure that your statement "there is no system in exsistance that can run this game full on" is wrong. wether or not the public has acess to the technology is another story...

but yea.... this game looks so incredibly bad ass it isn't funny..... if any game would be competition for Halo 2 this is it

There isn't a video card that can run it at full spec. That's what I meant by my statement Dur... the New ATI due to come out soon MIGHT be able to... but not at this time....

Surely somone somwhere must have somthing to run it, cause im pretty sure they would have tested it on the max settings befor releasing it.
