Here is an example of what we will be making.

http://www.graphicaddicts.net/tutorials/mbtexture.jpg[/img:a4037c8560]

Preperation:
Click here for the photograph of the person I used. -OR- Click here for the photograph I manipulated in the previous tutorial.
Click here for the photograph of the concrete wall I used.

1. Open your picture.
a. Open wall.jpg
b. Select > All
c. Edit > Copy
d. Return to the photograph, Edit > Paste. Title the new layer Texture.

2. Blending.
a. Select the Texture layer, Image > Adjustments > Desaturate.
b. Open the blending options for the Texture layer. Set the mode to Color Burn.
Screen Shot
c. Make sure the Texture layer is selected. Click the Add Vector Mask button [img:a4037c8560]http://www.graphicaddicts.net/tutorials/mbtss2.jpg[/img:a4037c8560] on the bottom of the layers pallete.
d. Click the white box next to the layer thumbnail. Select the Brush tool [img:a4037c8560]http://www.graphicaddicts.net/tutorials/mbtss3.jpg[/img:a4037c8560], any size you prefer and begin painting. This will remove everything that you brush over. Think of it as invisible paint, switching the forground color to white will restore everything you removed. Paint over the persons hair and anywhere that isn't touching them.
Screen Shot

3. File > Save...

Finished! Thats all there is too it. Easy huh?

Please visit the authors original post at GraphicAddicts.net There you will find the Photoshop file for this tutorial.
