    Here is an example of what we will be making.

    Preperation:

    1. Open the picture of the person you want to manipulate.
    a. Make a new layer and title it Hole.
    b. Select the Brush tool [img:ec4bd2eb12]http://www.graphicaddicts.net/tutorials/mbhss1.jpg[/img:ec4bd2eb12]. Select a soft brush, I used a 35 pixel brush, adjust the size according to the size of the photo. Click the Brushes tab on the top right of your screen.

    Use the following settings:

    c. Set your forground color to Black ([color=#000000:ec4bd2eb12]000000[/color:ec4bd2eb12]).
    d. Make sure the Hole layer is selected. Begin painting, I painted her neck but you can place the hole anywhere.

    2. Whats inside...
    a. Open meat.jpg
    b. Select > All
    c. Edit > Copy
    d. Return to the picture of the person. Edit > Paste. Title the new layer Meat.
    e. Place the Meat layer under the Hole layer. Position it how you want.

    f. Control + Click the Hole layer. (Command + Click on Mac).

    g. Select > Inverse. Delete.

    h. Place the Meat layer above the Hole layer.

    3. Finishing touches.
    a. Duplicate the Hole layer. Title it Hole Overlay. Place it above the Meat layer.

    b. Open the blending options for the Hole Overlay layer. Set the mode to Overlay.

    c. Open the blending options for the Meat layer. Add an Inner Shadow with the following settings:

    d. Select the Meat layer. Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast

    4. File > Save...
