If you didn't see them on Saturday, Adult Swim has added some new anime to their roster, as well as changed their Saturday line-up, and made Saturdays completely devoted to anime. Good news for everyone!

The new animes they've started playing are Paranoia Agent, and s-CRY-ed. Having seen the first episode of each of them on Saturday, I can definatlly say, expect good things, anime fans.

The new Saturday line-up is as follows (all times EST):

    11:00 - Inuyasha (new episodes)
    11:30 - Samurai Champloo
    12:00 - Paranoia Agent
    12:30 - s-CRY-ed
    1:00 - FLCL (Furi Kuri)
    1:30 - Trigun
    ....(repeat)
    5:00 - Lupin the 3rd
5:30 - Case Closed (Detective Conan)

They added Samurai Champloo 2 weeks ago, which I had never even heard of before, but am totally impressed with. Keep it up, [as]!

I'll have to remember to catch Samurai Champloo next week. It looks awesome... And it's by the people that did Cowboy Bebop. I don't really know anything about s-CRY-ed but that looks pretty good too.

[as] always has an awesome anime lineup... It's really too bad that they don't have a longer anime block. I'd like to see less Trigun and Inuyasha reruns too.

The only anime I really got into on [as] was FLCL, Case Closed, Cowboy Bebop, and Ghost in the Shell. I tried to like Full Metal.. Just couldn't get into though. I love Case Closed.. I have fond memories of watching it at 3:30 AM while playing PSO last summer. Good times. I hope they move it to an earlier time slot. Or maybe show it on week nights?

Seriously though, ENOUGH with Trigun and Inuyasha.

Samurai Champloo is pretty awesome. I love the way it looks and I find it a very good anime, I never knew it was by the same people that did Cowboy Bebop.

Otherwise, thier new line up seems pretty awesome, though, Trigun and Inuyasha get old after a while.

Samurai Champloo is pretty cool, very stylish, but it gets boring, seen-it-all before kinda thing.

Ok, saw the new anime line up last night. I agree, Samurai Champloo was pretty good but a little slow sometimes. s-CRY-ed kinda sucked imo.. And surprisingly, the one I liked best was Paranoia Agent, which was actually original instead of following a same-old formula. I'm looking forward to next week's Paranoia Agent...
