Your affiliate banner is 353 KB. That's HUGE, usually people optimize their banners to be around 3 KB. Infact, your banner is bigger than all of our affiliates' buttons combined doubled over a few times. It would take over a minute for someone on dialup just to load your button, so there's no way I'm going to use it.
I was able to reduce the size of it just by opening and saving it in Photoshop as a gif. If you get the image down to a reasonable size I will link to it, other wise I'll just use the optimized version on our server. -

Anything you can do to reduce it please do it but send me the updated version so I can put it up for my site. I don't think I posess the right tools to create animated gif images myself.
Currently one of the main reasons the image is so large is that the animation loops in it 10 times. The program I used to create it (Game Maker 6) does not allow me to do continual looping. If you could take the animation and make it loop continually for me I would appreciate it.

Ok, finished the new affiliate system that runs off a random generation script. I also plan on adding a link that will show all affiliates in a popup window.

The problem is that our button is not easy to find on your site, while our affiliates are shown at random to 100+ viewers a day on the main page (not to mention giving them a big Google PR boost). Looking back in our referrer tracking your site has only sent 2 hits to this site in the past 3 months, and it's likely that they were just search engines anyways. I would still be willing to affiliate with you if you think your site will equally promote us as we have for you. -
